In addition to our market-rate apartment homes, we offer a selection of mixed-income residences at reduced rental rates for households that meet qualifying income guidelines. 60% Median Family Income:
- • 1 person home may earn no more than $56,460
- • 2 person home may earn no more than $64,560
- • 3 person home may earn no more than $72,600
- • 4 person home may earn no more than $80,640
To begin the application for Fifteen15, we may ask for the following documents:
Completed application for every household member 18 years of age and older
- • 6 months of consecutive current bank statements
- • 6 consecutive bi-weekly pay stubs, 4 semi-monthly, and 2 monthly.
- • 6 most recent checking bank statements (If applicable)
- • 1 most recent savings bank statement (If applicable)
- • Child Support Verification Form (9L002) From Attorney General's Office (If applicable)
